The Shiatsu motors are strong and do the job. You should start at low intensity and gradually increase so that your muscles don't hurt. The heat and vibration work great! You can inflate the pillow to the desired height and adjust it to your body shape. It helped me a lot to relax my back and muscles. Not intended for those who have undergone back surgeries or herniated discs!

What could be improved: adding an extra level of heat and instructions in Spanish, as they are only in English, and adding usage precautions. Otherwise, I am delighted.

I thought it would be a bit more comfortable, but the massage balls are kinda hard and can hurt. I just use it with a towel on top to soften it and then it works fine :)
