Welcome to Velzorah. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Velzorah. We operate this website and online store to provide customers with access to our products, content, features and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to offer our products and Services to you.
These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities when accessing our website, placing an order or using our Services. By using our website or purchasing from Velzorah, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products and to limit product quantities or availability.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase from Velzorah. We reserve the right to accept, verify, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
• Pricing or inventory errors
• Product unavailability
• An undeliverable or unsupported address
• Repeated refusal or abuse of Cash on Delivery orders
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that an order has been dispatched.
We may contact you by telephone, WhatsApp or email to confirm your order and delivery details before fulfilment.
For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is collected when the order is delivered. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery information and should remain available to receive courier communications.
If we decline, change or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, CURRENCY AND PAYMENT
Prices on our website are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED), unless expressly stated otherwise.
The product price, applicable delivery charge and total amount payable will be displayed before you submit your order.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change without notice. However, such changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.
You agree to provide accurate purchase, contact and payment information. You also agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, expiry dates, stock limitations and other conditions.
SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery times displayed on our website or at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may be affected by customer availability, address accuracy, courier operations, public holidays, weather, security restrictions or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and a working UAE telephone number. Velzorah is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or inaccessible delivery information provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed, damaged, lost or delivered incorrectly, contact us at velzorahofficial@gmail.com so that we can investigate the issue with our fulfilment and delivery partners.
Nothing in this section limits your applicable rights concerning defective, damaged, lost, incorrect or misdescribed products.
SECTION 6 — RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Returns, cancellations, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy:

Customers must contact us before returning a product. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Opened, used or unsealed beauty, health and personal-care products may not qualify for a change-of-mind return for hygiene and safety reasons.
This restriction does not remove any applicable rights or remedies for products that are defective, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not as described.
Refunds for approved Cash on Delivery returns may be processed by bank transfer or another mutually agreed method.
SECTION 7 — PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, ingredients, instructions, warnings and suitability information before using a product.
Beauty, wellness and personal-care products must be used only as directed. Where appropriate, customers should perform a patch test before first use and discontinue use if irritation or an unexpected reaction occurs.

We do not guarantee specific personal, cosmetic, health or wellness results.

SECTION 10 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Velzorah is powered by Shopify, which provides the platform used to operate our online store.
Purchases made through the store are transactions between you and Velzorah. Shopify is not the seller of Velzorah products and is not responsible for the fulfilment, delivery, quality, safety or return of products purchased from Velzorah.

Because our store is hosted by Shopify, Shopify processes certain personal information to provide and improve its platform and related services.
